4. Payment Terms
Clients are billed monthly unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
Payments are due on the invoice date unless an alternate payment schedule is approved in writing.
Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per month on outstanding balances.
Failure to remit payment may result in service suspension or termination.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their service by providing at least 30 days’ written notice to [email protected].
Services remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and prorated refunds are not issued.
J.R’s Books LLC reserves the right to terminate services at any time for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or other lawful reasons.

In the event of silent or minor bookkeeping errors, reasonable corrective measures will be taken without penalty.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, J.R’s Books LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services within the preceding three (3) months.
